A: You find the size you want (handbill, postcard, etc..) and download the template file.Convert the file to RGB If your ordering color work, and place you image in the black area. Keep in mind, that if your image extends past the black area, that you need to either crop it, or pick a larger page size.

Q: What kind of prints are these?
A: Digital (laser). It’s a dry ink that stays on the media by a chemical reaction to heat.
It is fade resistant and waterproof (the ink is waterproof, not the paper, duh).
Q: I don’t want 11 x 17 prints, I want 11 x 14, can you do that?
A: Of course! Be creative, we’re trying to make this as inexpensive for you as possible.
*A full bleed 11 x 14 would have to be printed on a 12 x 18 sheet. So we’ll have to charge you for 12 x 18's. After that, we can send it too you uncut, or we can cut it for an additional $5 for the whole stack.
Facts you should know about our product:
• It’s a CMYK process only, no spot colors
• It’s a CMYK process, but the machine is calibrated to run RGB files (since that’s how most people give us work). RGB files give up the best results on color work!
• Files must be at least 300 dpi for best quality and if you’re making something from scratch, I’d even do it at 400 dpi.
• The machine we use is amazingly accurate color-wise, (We’ve worked with many machines in the past and this is by far the best We’ve seen), but it’s only as accurate as your file, so we suggest getting a minimum order first to make sure you’re happy with everything. Also, color calibrating your monitor with Adobe Gamma or something similar would probably be a good idea, to make sure you actually know what your file really looks like. We suggest reading this to learn more.
• Our standard paper is an 80 lb white cover stock. Thick and nice for prints and flyers, we can do thicker or thinner stocks, just ask and we’ll give you a quote.
• You have to pay for the order before we print it, this is the only way we can maintain our high quality and low prices. Again, we suggest the minimum order first, make sure you’re happy with everything, then go nuts!
• We all have day jobs so we do charge for things besides just printing. If you need your job cut down it’s $5, if you need layout help, it’s $50 an hour. We want you to be able to do whatever you want, and we’re a pretty easygoing group of guys, but if it takes us extra time to do something special for you, we do, unfortunately have to charge you for it!
